Detailed Walkthrough of Setting Up iConomy for Minecraft?

So I need help setting up iConomy. I am unsure of where to put the plugin itself, what to do with it, what I need inorder for it to work properly. I have iConomy downloaded and that's it. I tried reading the Instructions but I am not to good with them and I personally find them to be somewhat vague. If anyone here can help me setup up the plugin to work on my server I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys!
