Two questions to address this issue?

I'm thinking its because girls are always expected to have a squeaky clean character and, as usual, guys try to exert their authority upon girls Where I live, if a guy and a girl are seen walking together, the guy is "cool" but the girl "has no shame". Ahhh.... the world just suppresses us....=P
