My 15 week pomeranian smells?

i got a Pomeranian puppy 2 months ago shes 15 weeks shes still litttle has not got her fur yet but i feel like its gowing it since shes been shadeing her fur has been falling out a bit but she smells bad near her ears do you think i need to give her a bath or she still two little i do not want to wrack her fur
