Weird duck people movie?

THAT was just an odd idea a director got one day and decided to turn into a movie. I have never heard anything like it, but don't worry about it; there are crazier movies than that. Usually it's because some people come up with crazy ideas and start wanting to turn it into a movie. Happens all the time.
