I work in Customer Service; been there 7 years...People they are something else.?

been customer service for only 3 years and i'm already tired of it. don't know how you made it to 7. I learned that if they keep asking just say no one more time and move onto the next customer. Also I learned that russian people are the worst, they live to argue.
