Cervix still high 22 days after first day of last period?

So,it's 22 days since my last period started,and i know i most likely have ovulated by now.But my cervix is still high,soft,open,and there's lots of white disharge.I have been crampy for the last 5 days,althogh it's lessened the past few days.I was bloated for awhile,had a bout of extream bitchyness,and my face seems to be breaking out. I had been depressed after my last period,and this past week i've had a lot of stress due to worry that i'm pregnant.I've also had an increase of excertcise,and i i was taking a dietary suppliment that had high levels of vitamin B-5,Choline,Inositol,Chickweed Leaf and Sea Wrack Leaf. So anyways,what could be a cause of either my cervix still being high and soft after ovulation,or me not ovulating despite the lateness in my cycle?
