How to create a completely single color background on blogspot?

My blogspot background is now white (#ffffff), as I want. Even the NavBar, is, I managed that. But, right below the NavBar, and above my blog title, there is a very sheer blue color, that no matter what I do, wont disappear. How do I "delete"it? Make it white as well?? Not very good with HTML codes,but with slow, precise instructions, think I can manage. I believe the Template used is Ethereal (not my first choice/ but couldnt find one that game me the option of JUST plain single colors for background). Tips welcome and much needed, please:) if you wish to see the blog is ezbeautynews/blogspot (dont want to write full link here to avoid problems with yahoo. thanks! Please, help.
