What kind of RIS should I get?

I have a KWA M16A3 with a full handguard, I'm looking to replace it with an RIS. I was wondering what kind will work on my KWA and or would be my best choice. And if anyone knows where I can find instructions on how to change out the two handguards that would be much appreciated. Thanks! :)
