Ugh I can't remember the name of this short story!! Maybe someone can Help!?

The book was about this weird family that moved into a like suburb. The parents were always checking the weather and they like freaked out at rain. One day they go to the fair and they come back and it starts raining and the whole family melts. I read this in reading class and I paid little attention does anyone know the name of this short story I am wracking my brain thinking of it.
