How do I blend two colors of eyeliners?

I just bought gold eyeliner and green eyeliner and I want to try to blend them or make it look decent with both of them on my eyes to bring out my eye color. How do I blend them or put them on my eye to make them look good? Videos, Pictures, or step by step instructions will help at most! Thanks!
