Are my teeth going to fall out?

My dentist told me that my front two teeth are probably going to fall out due to short roots. He wants me to get implants. He says they are somewhat loose. I should mention that I'm 27 and I take excellent care of my teeth (compliments came from the dentist himself). My question is, should I take this seriously and get implants or wait it out. My biggest concern is that I am moving to a foreign country in September and I'm afraid it will fall out there. It is a nerve wracking feeling. I don't have the money, nor do I don't have health insurance, but I can't even imagine having them fall out if I am eating something someday. Any dental experts out there have any words of advice?
